Due to hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

We only accept returns if:

• The product is defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The packaging is damaged upon delivery

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.

Items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify.
